Research Assistance Policy

Students can seek research assistance through email, chat, or by scheduling a meeting with a librarian. Our goal is to deliver timely, user-focused services, resources, and information to support the educational and research activities of University students, faculty, and staff. We strive to develop and enhance the information skills necessary for academic success and lifelong learning.

Our support extends throughout the research process, from identifying information needs, locating and evaluating sources, creating search strategies, to other research-related tasks. We empower students by teaching them how to conduct their own research, but we do not conduct research on their behalf.

Please note that library staff do not provide help with proofreading or editing, nor do they interpret statistical, legal, or medical information.
